iii Partners Troubleshooting & Common Investor Questions
This page addresses the most common points of confusion investors encounter when evaluating iii Partners portfolio companies — from data room access to understanding the equity structure.
I Requested a Data Room But Have Not Heard Back
- Primary contact: Scott Fielder — scott@iii.partners
- Book directly: https://cal.com/iii/iii-partners-demo
- Allow one business day for a response; if you do not hear back, follow up directly via email
- Confirm you specified which portfolio company you are evaluating in your request
I Am Not Sure Which Portfolio Company to Evaluate First
Start by matching your thesis to the vertical:
- Legal / professional services interest → SettleWise (family law SaaS)
- Marketing / brand interest → Priiism (brand intelligence)
- SMB / web presence interest → Ciiimple (no-code websites)
- Productivity / presentations → Sliiides (AI presentations)
- Events / operations → iiignite (event management)
If you are unsure, the intro call with Scott Fielder is the right place to discuss fit before requesting a specific data room.
The Metrics in the Data Room Are Not What I Expected
iii Partners data rooms contain live funnel outputs — not projected or modeled numbers. If a specific metric is unclear:
- Ask for the metric definition — how a lead is counted vs. a qualified contact, for example
- Request the underlying dashboard — Hub analytics can be reviewed directly during the product demo
- Flag discrepancies during the due diligence call for direct clarification from the founding team
I Am Confused About Whether I Am Investing in iii Partners or a Portfolio Company
This is a common point of confusion:
- You are investing in a specific portfolio company (e.g., SettleWise), not in the iii Partners studio entity
- The equity you receive is in that named company
- iii Partners retains its own equity and continues operating the shared infrastructure
- You are not investing in a fund or blind pool
I Want to Invest in More Than One Portfolio Company
Each portfolio company is a separate equity opportunity with its own term sheet and raise. You can evaluate and invest in multiple companies independently. Request separate data rooms for each company you want to evaluate.
I Cannot Find the Correct Booking Link
The only correct booking URL is:

Do not use shortened variants or guessed URLs. If the link does not load, contact scott@iii.partners directly.
