SettleWise Integrations

SettleWise is designed to complement the practice-management tools your firm already uses — not replace them — handling the family law financial discovery layer those tools were never built for.

How SettleWise Fits Your Existing Stack

SettleWise is not a replacement for your case-management system. It fills the gap between your document portal and your affidavit: auto-sorting uploads, detecting missing statements, extracting financial data, and drafting court-ready forms. Your case hub stays where it is.

Practice-Management Integrations

SettleWise connects with the most common family law practice-management platforms:

During onboarding, existing practice-management data is imported so your team begins with context already in place.

Replacing Disconnected Manual Tools

Many firms currently run intake across three disconnected systems:

SettleWise consolidates the document-processing work — sorting, gap detection, extraction, and affidavit drafting — into one system, eliminating the manual steps that happen after a client finishes uploading.

What SettleWise Does Not Replace

All SettleWise-generated documents are drafts requiring attorney review before submission.

FAQ

We already use ShareFile. Why would we add SettleWise?
ShareFile (and similar portals) moves the upload online but leaves all the processing work in place. Your paralegals still open every document, name it, check for gaps, and re-type numbers — about 16 hours per case. SettleWise auto-sorts, gap-checks, and drafts the affidavit, cutting that to roughly 2 hours per case. You are consolidating manual work, not adding a disconnected tool.
Does SettleWise work with Clio or MyCase?
Yes. SettleWise is designed to complement your case-management system. During onboarding, data is imported from Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, or Smokeball, and the financial affidavit and marital balance sheet can be exported back into your firm's workflow.
