iii Agent Hub Control Board and Governance Model
iii Agent Hub is built around a human-in-command governance model — every lever has one owner, every action is logged, and humans can lock or override any setting at any time from the Control Board.
The Core Principle: Autonomy You Can Trust
Autonomy without governance is a liability. iii Agent Hub's architecture is built so that the system can run continuously without supervision while remaining fully inspectable, correctable, and auditable at every level.
The Control Board
The Control Board is the operator interface for managing capability levels across a brand. It offers four presets:
| Preset | Behavior | |---|---| | All Off | No autonomous action of any kind | | Research Only | Prospecting and scoring; no outreach or publishing | | Draft Mode | Agents draft; humans review and approve before sending | | Full Pipeline | End-to-end autonomous GTM within your defined bounds |
You can move between presets at any time. Any capability can also be toggled individually.
Separation of Powers
Every operational lever — spend, outreach volume, pricing, sending cadence — has exactly one owning executive in the executive layer (CRO, CMO, COO, CFO, CIO).
- An agent that tries to pull a lever it does not own is structurally blocked.
- It must file a cross-domain request that can be reviewed before action is taken.
- This is enforced at the architecture level, not the prompt level.
Locked Settings
- Humans can lock any setting at any time.
- Agents can never overwrite a locked setting — this is not a policy; it is a structural constraint.
The Decision Ledger
- What the agent decided.
- Why (the inputs it reasoned from).
- What action it took.
- What outcome was measured.
This ledger is inspectable by the operator at any time.
Automatic Safety Pauses
- Bounce rate spikes → auto-pause sending.
- Complaint thresholds hit → outreach suspended.
- Deliverability regressions → Slack alert + pause.
You can also flip any capability off instantly from the Control Board.
FAQ
- What happens if I want to review every email before it sends?
- Set the Control Board to Draft Mode. Morgan will generate and queue every outreach draft; nothing sends until a human approves it.
- Can agents spend money autonomously?
- Spend is a lever owned by the CFO executive in the executive layer. No agent can pull the spend lever without authorization from that executive, and humans can lock the spend lever entirely from the Control Board.
- Is the decision ledger exportable?
- Ledger inspection and export options are covered during the onboarding scoping call, as the format is tailored to your reporting requirements.
