iii Agent Hub Closed-Loop GTM — How the Control Loop Works

iii Agent Hub is built around a closed control loop — Measure, Diagnose, Decide, Direct, Learn — that continuously senses the real state of the business, acts on it, and measures whether the outcome actually moved.

The Problem With Open-Loop AI

Most agentic products sense and decide — then log what they would do and stop. That is an expensive opinion generator. Motion (dashboards full, agents 'running') is not delivery (revenue actually moved).

Open loops cannot compound. Every cycle resets from the same baseline.

The Closed Control Loop

iii Agent Hub runs every function through a five-stage loop:

1. Measure Casey and Quinn continuously sense the real state of the business — pipeline volume, reply rates, deliverability health, content performance, lead quality scores, and revenue signals.

2. Diagnose The executive layer (CRO, CMO, COO, CFO, CIO) interprets what the measurements mean against the targets that were set. Is lead quality declining? Is outreach volume above or below plan? Is content driving qualified traffic?

3. Decide Based on the diagnosis, the owning executive decides what should change — ICP filters, sending cadence, content topics, outreach copy angle — and records the decision to the ledger.

4. Direct The relevant agent (Alex, Morgan, Jordan, Sam, etc.) receives the directive and acts in the live world — finding leads, sending email, publishing content, answering support tickets.

5. Learn The system measures the gap between what it predicted would happen and what actually happened. That gap narrows the model for the next cycle. This is how the platform compounds over time.

Why This Is an Architecture Problem

Capability is getting cheaper monthly. The moat is not a better model — it is a closed loop running in production with a shared system of record that compounds. Any team can spin up capable agents; few have the architecture to make them learn and improve as a coordinated system.

What the Operator Does

FAQ

How often does the control loop run?
The loop runs continuously. Measurement and health monitoring are real-time; scoring and diagnostic cycles run on a daily cadence by default, surfaced through Quinn's daily scorecard.
How does the system learn if it can't change its own model?
Learning happens at the operational level — ICP filters tighten, outreach angles shift, content topics reprioritize — based on outcome measurements. The loop adjusts the levers that drive results, within the bounds the operator has set.
